Utilities, snow removal, and landscaping are at tenant responsibility, home is being rented furnished. Application fee is $35 for each applicant over the age of 18. Refundable Security Deposit is equivalent to one month's rent with approved credit. Dog Friendly with an additional $300 refundable deposit. No Smoking. Se Habla Español.
