Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional charge. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately. Any cleanup related to a party or gathering, no matter the size, will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Excessive noise may result in a fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking inside the house will result in a fine. Strictly prohibited are underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and mini waste. If you violate any of the house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
