Featuring an open floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors, tall ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous coffered ceilings (photos do not do it justice!), marble fireplace, walk-in pantry, mud room, attached garage, adorable backyard, outside storage shed, double vanities in primary bathroom and hallway bathroom, large closets in every room, large flex space upstairs and more. This home is immaculate and absolute luxury living. Located on a very quiet and safe street and close to all of East's faves. **Home is unfurnished** **Entire home has hardwood floors- including all bedrooms and closets. Will be uploading new photos that show that the bedrooms now have hardwood too.** ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED- inside or out! Tenant pays for all utilities, except for lawn care. We love dogs- but unfortunately the floors do not. Cat allowed upon approval and with additional $50/month pet fee. Tenant must have good credit and make at least 3x the monthly rent. Will require 1st months rent + security deposit prior to move in.
