The bathroom includes a tub and shower combo, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will be the same as the regular cleaning fee. Located in a vibrant and diverse neighborhood in Corpus Christi, this apartment is close to local restaurants, grocery stores, and laundromats. It's just 7 minutes to Downtown, 10 minutes to McGee Beach, and 12 minutes to CITGO and refineries. The neighborhood offers convenient access to a range of essential services and amenities, including local grocery stores, gas stations, and shopping centers. The Corpus Christi Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) provides public transportation throughout the city. Several taxi companies operate in the area and offer a convenient way to get to your destination. The exterior of the property and parking lot area is monitored recording video and audio via a Blink monitoring camera system. This home has window A/C units only and not central air. No smoking is allowed, and violations are subject to a $200 fine confirmed by use of ozone machine. A minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for blood, urine, feces, pet waste, etc. No parties or events are allowed, and violations will result in immediate eviction. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. A $75 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 11 am and $40/hour thereafter. Pest control is routinely carried out in all units, and due to the coastal location and high humidity, there may be occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests.
