This condo is located in The Breakers which is a quiet resort community tucked away at the northern tip of Carolina Beach. It features a community pool surrounded by palms overlooking a large natural salt marsh and pleasant BBQ picnic area. It has been recently remodeled and furnished with a tasteful coastal vibe. It offers a king bed and queen sleeper accommodating 4 overnight guests. Relax with comfortable seating and welcoming furnishings inside and out. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s one full bath. Parking is by permit and two passes are provided. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
