Il y a une laverie à chaque étage et le premier étage a aussi un espace salon que vous pouvez utiliser près de l'entrée. Une enquête de prélocation sera requise. For sports enthusiasts, you only have to cross the street to access Michel-Chartrand Park (walking, running, cycling, cross-country skiing, etc.) and you are 2 steps from the Parcours du Cerf golf course. Looking for a pied-à-terre? The very frequent bus takes you to the Longueuil metro in 20 minutes. You don't want to move a lot of furniture, you don't want to buy any? The condo is semi-furnished and there is the possibility of providing it completely furnished. For now, all you need is your bed and a sofa. Included is a high kitchen table for 2 people, a fridge, an oven, a portable dishwasher, air conditioning and an office area. You also have a large balcony with the possibility of using a BBQ. The balcony overlooks a quiet street with a mature tree for shade in the summer. The rental price includes an outdoor parking space. Building management includes snow removal, a secure entrance, and parcel delivery to your doorstep inside and protected from the elements. There is a laundry room on each floor and the first floor also has a lounge area that you can use near the entrance. A pre-rental survey will be required.
