About This Property
VERY cute 1 bedroom apartment with large upstairs loft (easily used as a second bedroom or guest room), washer and dryer in the bathroom, and a small balcony large enough for a table and 2 chairs. You are neighbors with Starbucks and Big Al's (very convenient). This complex does NOT allow pets, sorry. The rental office is downstairs, and only one of the other units (of the 3 upstairs apartments) is occupied full time, which makes this a very peaceful spot. We are moving out with 2 months left on our lease, so you could take over the remainder and then sign a new lease come the beginning of the year. Rent is $1250 including garbage (shared dumpster). You pay PG&E and Water etc. You will also have 2 reserved parking spots in a private lot directly in the rear of the building. This is an upstairs unit which makes it feel very secure. Please email me with any questions or to schedule a viewing (sorry in advance for the moving mess). You will need to apply directly with the rental company (Chico Sierra Real Estate Management Inc.)
