A lost key and/or FOB incurs a $250 fee, and a late check-out fee is $50 per hour. Guests are reminded to wear no shoes inside and not to use towels for removing makeup. Unauthorized guests upstairs will incur an additional $150 fee per guest based on security camera footage. Parties or events are not allowed, with a $250 additional cleaning fee for violations. Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet to avoid heavy fines. Pillow and mattress protectors should not be removed, and any missing items will be charged to the account.
