About This Property

This renovated apartment is on a beautiful, quiet block in Media Borough. The 2-story apartment includes the first floor of a renovated brick twin home as well as the walk-out basement. The first floor features an open concept kitchen (with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher)/living room, a spacious bedroom with a large closet, a full bath with a shower, and a mud room. The finished basement can be used as an additional living space or a second bedroom. The unfinished portions of the basement feature your own washer and dryer as well as lots of room for storage. The unit also includes a charming front porch (shared with upstairs tenant) in the front of the house and a spacious Trex deck off the back of the house (private to first floor tenant). There is plenty of on-street parking as well as private parking in the back of the house. The home also has central air and you can easily and safely walk to all of the restaurants and shops and enjoy all of the events on State Street. No smoking and no pets please.
