Fully furnished rental, the home has 2 full bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a finished basement for movie watching, games, guest quarters, or workspace. The home includes an updated open kitchen with quartz countertops, large island, soft close cabinets, induction oven, built-in wine fridge, stainless steel farmhouse sink and more. Washer and dryer, one dedicated parking spot, all new furnishings with attention to detail and comfort, and lots of light. We're looking for a 9-10 month rental starting between August 10 and September 1, 2025 through May 2026. Townhome in a small, 6-unit complex. We respect our neighbors and request guests who do the same. Home available from September 1, 2025 through May, 2026.
