Know Before You Book: Happinest is only available for 30 to 90-night rentals at this time. Parking: There is parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles on the street directly across the street from the house. RVs, trailers, and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance. Security Cameras: For the safety of guests and the home, there is a doorbell security camera for the exterior only. Bed Sizes: First bedroom: Queen bed; Second bedroom: Queen bed. Heat Source: There is central heat and an electric fireplace in the living room. Location: Happinest is in a residential neighborhood on a hill. The road to the house is narrow in sections. You may need to pull over if you meet an oncoming car. We recommend taking the road slowly. Stairs: There are 43 steps from the street to the front door and 2 steps inside the house to reach one of the bedrooms. The steps and path to the backyard “patio” above the home are not even and some are sloped. Proximity to wineries: There are tasting rooms in downtown Guerneville, approx. 2 miles from the house, and oodles of wineries within 10 miles. Nearest River Beach: There is a neighborhood beach 1.2 mi from the house and Johnson’s Beach is 2 miles.
