This location is within a walking distance, or very short car trip to excellent dining(KBBQ, Pho, Mexican, Peruvian....), supermarkets(Ralphs, Johns....) and is right on Sherman Way & White Oak, which grant five minute access to the 101 and 405 freeways.

The applicant must have excellent credit, solid employment and references, must provide first and security deposit - no exceptions!!! The application fee is $80. We will run a triple check on all applicants - please do not waste your and our time if your credit score less than 700. We will also contact applicant's current apartment manager/owner and place of work. Water is covered, but the rest of utilities are on the tenant. The dining table(or any other piece of furniture) that's visible on the images above will be removed.
