This studio features a cozy living room area furnished with a queen-size bed and a convertible sofa bed. A small dining table and a flat-screen TV are provided for your relaxation. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a small mirror. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, and kettle. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. A Roku Streaming Box is available for your enjoyment. Located on the Upper East Side, this apartment is close to New York's best restaurants, beautiful parks, and boutique shops. The Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away, and the 4,5,6 Green Line 86th Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it convenient to travel up and down the city with ease. Central Park is also within walking distance. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st - October 1st, utilities are $350 per month). The payment should be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center on a monthly basis. For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. Please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us for arrangements at an additional fee. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash.
