Apartment includes 2 parking spots (for daily use vehicles), water, trash, pest control, and lawn care. We DO have central heat and air-conditioning. A brand-new laundry room on site is being built and should be completed before long. Once this is complete access to this laundry room will be a free with this lease. We are currently working on installing High speed internet. If tenant would like this service when it becomes available, it will only be $50/mo to have amazing wifi.
