It is located close to Burnet, and is an amazing complex! We always have a lot of interest in these apartments when they go up for rent, so for both of our benefit, please read this whole ad. This particular unit is an end unit so neighbors only on one side. All updated appliances, flooring, paint, fixtures, etc. were put in all units a few years ago. Apartment includes 2 parking spots (for daily use vehicles), water, trash, pest control, and lawn care. We DO have central heat and air-conditioning. A brand-new laundry room on site is being built and should be completed before long. Once this is complete access to this laundry room will be a free with this lease. We are currently working on installing High speed internet. If tenant would like this service when it becomes available, it will only be $50/mo to have amazing wifi. There is a nice size backyard with an upgraded sitting area on the side. There is a table, 7 chairs, firepit, tree swing chair, and grill onsite for tenants to use. Don't miss out on this great deal! Please know we are strict with our application requirements to stay organized and fair. We cannot accept any tenants with a 600 or below credit score without a co-signer and $1600 deposit. We will need to see the last 3 months of pay stubs showing a minimum of $3000/mo for the household income. We do require a criminal background (for anyone over 18 living in the apartment) and a credit check which comes with the 1 time $29.99 fee that apartment DOT com charges if you desire to apply. This application is good for 10 rentals on apartments (dot) com (within a certain time period). Please know the items in this apartment are very nice and that is why we require a $1600 deposit no matter how long the rental is. Please no loud, aggressive or destructive pets. We require a clean rental record with no previous evictions. We have been told by most of our previous tenants we awesome landlords.
