The rail at the top of the apartment's second floor has been remade into a modern pipe railing system. The kitchen has been refinished with a new oven/range, garbage disposal, washer, and dryer. All of the skylights in the living room are new. We have included entertainment center furniture, but if you have your own, we can put the existing in storage. In addition to the square footage listed there is an additional lofted part of the living room.
