The building and this apartment have been upgraded and remodeled throughout. New split air conditioning unit in apartment. If you want peace and relaxation this is the apartment for you. Enjoy your time inside and outside in this open apartment. Walk to the beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants in the building or walk within one block. There are two restaurants located on the ground level, sundry convenience store and other small gift shops. A convenient grocery store "Food Pantry" is located within walking distance. Plenty of street parking or the Ilikai building also provides valet parking for if you desire monthly parking is available. The bus stops in front of the building. Paid monthly parking is available at Ilikai Apt. Bldg at $253.00/mo or you can choose a neighboring building at the Ilikai Marina for lower price around $120per mo. Valet parking available. (Parking must be verified by parking attendant’s. Parking is not part of the rental leasing agreement. This unit is has Ocean/Yacht Harbor and sunset view. The lanai is a comfortable place to eat, drink and relax without leaving your private apartment. There are fire works every Friday night at the Hilton Hawaii Village Lagoon located next door to the Ilikai Apartments. You can watch them from the raised deck without leaving the Ilikai property. SWIMMING and beaches: There is a nicely remodeled pool and sun deck on the ground level or you can walk another 2 minutes down the ramp by the pool to Waikiki Beaches for swimming, sunbathing, surfing or paddle boarding. The unit is fully furnished with cooking and eating equipment. The unit has basic sheets and towels in the apartment. Just bring your clothes. There is a laundry room located on each floor by the elevators. The kitchen has a dishwasher and full size oven and refrigerator with ice-maker and built-in microwave. The bathroom has a walk in shower and bidet on the toilet. There is a queen size bed and couch and large comfortable chair with two desks. On the lanai you will find a love seat and a coffee table. This is a long term rental, 6 months or longer. Please include your move in and move out dates, number of people staying and any other helpful information to assist you in your apartment needs when contacting us. You just need to being your clothes. Everything else is waiting for you to use. WORK FROM HOME in Hawaii, on the Ocean with sunset view. The fully furnished unit includes cooking and dining equipment. Basic sheets and towels are provided in the apartment, so guests just need to bring their own clothing. A laundry room is located on each floor. The kitchen features a dishwasher, a full-sized oven, a refrigerator with an ice maker and built-in microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a bidet on the toilet. The unit includes a queen-sized bed and a lanai with a love seat and a coffee table along with an eating table that seats 4. This is a long-term rental, with a minimum stay of six months.
