There is plenty of parking, with an approximately 25-yard walk from the parking area to the studio. No laundry on site. Tenant pays separately metered utilities. Winter access may require 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Roads are plowed, but the driveway is dirt and on an incline. Lease term of 6 months or longer.
