Serving up equal portions of charm and sophistication, Toronto’s tree-filled neighbourhoods give way to quaint shops and restaurants in historic buildings, some of the tallest skyscrapers in Canada, and a dazzling waterfront lined with yacht clubs and sandy beaches.
During the summer, residents enjoy cycling the Waterfront Bike Trail or spending lazy afternoons at Balmy Beach Park. Commuting in the city is a breeze, even on the coldest days of winter, thanks to Toronto’s system of underground walkways known as the PATH. The path covers more than 30 kilometers and leads to shops, restaurants, six subway stations, and a variety of attractions.
You’ll have a wide selection of beautiful neighbourhoods to choose from as you look for your Toronto rental. If you want a busy neighbourhood filled with condos and corner cafes, Liberty Village might be the ideal location.

Property Ratings at 1765 & 1775 Weston Rd Apartments
Although these buildings are older, you really can’t judge a book by its cover. The apartments here are impressively large, offering far more space than most modern units. The roomy layouts make the suites feel open, comfortable, and genuinely livable. What’s also worth noting is the shift in management’s approach. There’s been a clear effort to improve how the buildings are run, with better communication and more attention to resident concerns. You can see the progress in how maintenance and day-to-day issues are handled. Overall, if you value generous living space and appreciate a management team that’s actively improving,
I’ve been living here for almost 2 years as a student, and honestly, I don’t have many complaints. It’s not perfect, but the building is well maintained, and any issues I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently by the staff which I genuinely appreciate. The best part by far is the location. There’s a bus stop literally right outside, and it’s only a 3–5 minute walk to the GO Bus station, getting to Union Station takes just 10–15 minutes. Plus, there are tons of food spots and grocery stores nearby, which is super convenient when you’re juggling school and life.
One of the first things I noticed—and loved—is how spacious the unit is. Compared to other apartments I checked out in the area, definitely feels more open and comfortable. Security here is also a big plus. There's 24/7 security, The basement is always well-lit, which might seem like a small thing, but it actually makes parking and walking through there feel safer and more convenient. The on-site management team and office staff are exceptional. They’re very responsive and attentive to any concerns or maintenance requests, usually addressing them promptly and professionally. It’s also nice being close to shops, restaurants, and public transport—super convenient for running errands or getting around the city. Overall, it’s been a really good experience living here—spacious, secure, and has great management.
This place is too expensive to live in and you are sharing you place with bed bugs, mice and cockroaches. The people who are living there are mostly polite and there are dogs in the building but on leash.
Building had bedbugs, mice, cockroaches Management does spray often for them though Half of the amenities they say are jn the apartment are not. The kitchen comes with a small fridge and a not great stove. No other appliances. Takes ages for things to get fixed, and they don't fix them properly. Constant firefighters, alarms going off. Lots of mental health people who may threaten safety. Not allowed to have in suit laundry machines, and the ones in the building tend to be broken, dirty, or full of dead bedbugs. Common areas are always filthy If you park in the garage prepare for your car to he broken in to or damaged. I have loved here for 10 years, ad I can't afford anything else. If you move apartments in the same building expect to pay brand new market price. They will redo flooring ever 5 years, they will do most repairs without charge. Neighbour's are disrespectful, and either do hard drugs or sell them. Don't expect a quiet peaceful life in these buildings.
