Pets are not permitted in the home, and a minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets in the property and may increase to cover additional cleaning or damages. Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the property, and violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odors are found. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval, with an additional $50 charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
