Spacious one bedroom apartment available now to rent. All of our units are pet friendly with $150 fee up front and $25 extra a month, we just ask no aggressive breeds. Security deposit is $500. Tenants pay their own electric and water bill. Unit has washer and dryer hookups, we also offer to rent these for an additional $40/month. Must approve application on any adult that would be living in the apartment. We have purchased majority of these apartment buildings on the street and it is a good area to live.
