The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom shower/tub with window plus a large walk-in closet. Laundry services are free in the new machines located only a few steps away on each floor. Entrance gate has security code and there is one reserved parking spot in a covered garage, and street parking for guests. The second bedroom has a full wall length closet covered by floor to ceiling mirrors! The second bedroom can be rented if desired depending on the number and type of tenants interested and price is negotiable. The living room is spacious and bright with a chaise sectional lounge made with genuine leather. Watch your favorite shows on the 65" TV above the wood burning fireplace. Wi-Fi is provided and the TV has Roku. Rent: $4500 / per month for two individuals including: furnishings, all utilities, electric, laundry, sewage/water, Wi-Fi, trash and parking.
