I am looking for someone who wants to live in a quiet building. I have a 2 bedroom, one bath unit for rent. The building is on a residential street, not in a big complex. The unit is on the 2nd floor, has tons of closet space and central heating/air conditioning (so no noisy window AC units). Walking distance to the train which is a plus for those working and commuting to downtown Chicago. Previous renters have stayed 2-7 years! If this is the type of place you are looking for, contact me. Rent is $1600 a month which includes heat, water and garbage. Your only utility bill will be electric (for lights, TV, etc) Ready October 1. We are currently replacing all the carpet with new hardwood floor and replacing the tile in the bathroom. Pictures will be available after construction in complete.
