There is a breakfast bar with stools ( no dining room ). A cat or medium, non barking, housebroken dog may be considered. There will be an additional $1500 security deposit for a pet. There will be a charge for utilities each month - electric, gas, water, trash. We provide gardening service. Minimum of a 12 month lease. We will not consider month-to-month. No guarantors. Perfect for 1 person or a professional couple. Must be mature, quiet, clean, respectful, and considerate. Required to move in: First month, plus $3600.00 security deposit.
