The kitchen is warm with cabinets and fully stocked for all your cooking needs, featuring a large and stylish breakfast bar that seats six. The sunny open concept dining and living area includes a large dining table that seats eight and a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, offering views of the Bretton Woods ski slopes. The lower level provides a second living and entertaining area with a wet bar, fireplace, and access to the backyard. The outdoor area includes a back deck accessed from the main level living area for extra dining and an outdoor grill, with access to the flat backyard and views of the ski slopes. Thanks to an exclusive partnership with the Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa in Whitefield, pool and gym passes are available for guests at the cost of $25 per person per day. A hot tub is being added in December 2022. This home is located in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire's largest ski resort, consistently rated number one in the East for snow and grooming, and a four-season destination with activities for all ages and all seasons. Being just minutes from the historical Mount Washington Hotel, you can enjoy its award-winning spa, restaurants, and a myriad of activities, from canopy tours zip lining to rock climbing, river tubing, mountain biking, golfing, scenic lift rides, disc golf, archery, tennis, fly casting clinics, and horseback riding. In the winter, enjoy both downhill and cross-country skiing in stunning scenery, plus ice skating, snow tubing, snowshoeing tours, dog sledding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and much more. Bretton Woods is the perfect home base to explore the innumerable attractions that the White Mountains offer, including the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Story Land, Clark's Trading Post, the Flume Gorge, and more. The State Parks Crawford Notch and Franconia Notch are also just minutes away, or you can spend the day shopping at the outlets in North Conway. This home does not have AC, but the climate is mild and fans are provided. Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities are included with your cleaning fee. A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay; please leave all trash in the home and our staff will take care of it. If you need additional pickups during your stay, they are available between 9 am and 5 pm at $10 per pickup. The pool and gym pass program is subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. It is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules, especially Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 8 am, must be followed. Parking is limited to two vehicles at the unit, with others at overflow. No trash is to be left outside, and any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Keyless entry and virtual check-in and check-out are available for a seamless experience. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. No pets and no unauthorized guests are allowed; unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of the quiet hours rule, and a $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. We are in Bear Country, so no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Some homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
