Welcome to your perfect winter getaway! Nestled in the serene heart of the Tetons, this spacious and comfortable home is the ideal basecamp for your skiing adventures at Grand Targhee Resort. Whether you're here for thrilling slopes or cozy relaxation, this retreat offers everything you need for a memorable stay. All bedrooms are upstairs, with the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. One room has two queen beds, while another boasts a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The master bedroom has its own full bath with a luxurious jacuzzi tub and shower. The two queen bedrooms share a full bath, and there is also a convenient half bath downstairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new water heater located in the downstairs half bath closet, a fridge that's just a year old, a gas oven and cooktop, and an air fryer/toaster oven for all your culinary needs. Relax in the living area with a 78” TV and Sonos surround sound, and enjoy cozy evenings by the two-sided gas fireplace. We welcome up to 2 pets, so feel free to bring your furry friends along. Please advise immediately upon booking if you are bringing pets. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet and place bagged waste in the provided trash cans. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled or crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. Perfectly situated for you to experience the best of the Teton Valley during the winter, this home is just a short drive from Grand Targhee Resort, offering easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. Enjoy powder-filled days on the slopes with breathtaking views of the Tetons. Beyond skiing, the Teton Valley offers a variety of winter activities such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or a scenic sleigh ride through the snow-covered landscape. Discover the winter charm of nearby towns like Victor and Driggs, with local restaurants, bars, and unique shops all within a short distance. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, so please be respectful to the neighbors. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. Please turn all exterior lights off at night to enjoy the beauty of the dark skies in our valley. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of three licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property, and no fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, and failure to follow check-out procedure. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
