No parties or large gatherings are allowed; if violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 11 PM-7 AM. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking/vaping inside of the home. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. Do not leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00 AM. ID verification is required during check-in for security purposes, similar to what hotels and car rentals require. A simple check-in form is required prior to arrival.
