Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping inside of the home. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee.
