Smoking is not allowed inside the home and is subject to a $500 fine if violated. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed and if violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping inside of the home. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM.
