The home features two bedrooms and one bath recently purchased, completely gutted, renovated and fully furnished in muted tones. It's a perfect setting for premium comfort and convenience. (Keyless entry code, wifi passcode and guest guidebook.) Guests have access to the entire house, which includes: Keyless entry with no fuss check-in and check-out procedures. Living room with 65-in Smart TV. Free wifi. Master bedroom with queen bed- second bedroom with full day bed and twin trundle. Both rooms have a 40-in television. House sleeps 7 comfortably. Kitchen with wall mounted table for four and bar table for two. Four additional tv trays available for use. High chair available upon request. Kitchen with basic supplies and essential equipment needed to cook and serve most meals, including: air fryer, bake ware and blender. A nice selection of coffee and tea are also available. Washer & Dryer on site. Ping pong table, giant four-in-row game, in addition to card games, books and coloring books are available. Open backyard with seating. We provide a comfortable setting to create lasting memories. The house is great for couple and friends getaways to attend sporting events, music concerts, weddings, etc. Guests or companies can visit elite4.rent for direct books (and at a discounted price). Email hosts for special rates lasting longer than seven days. One of the greatest features of The Victory House is its location. The home is located within ten miles of some of the most popular attractions within Green Bay, including the Lambeau Field, Titletown District, Bay Beach and even shopping centers such as Target and Bay Park Square Mall. Host lives off-site, but responds quickly to messages and calls. Guests can also pre-order groceries and necessities online for local pick-up and set up by your host prior to check-in. The remaining balance due 7 days before arrival. No security deposit is due. 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
