This former builder model has many upgrades. The 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home has plenty of space in a wonderful community. The open great room and well appointed kitchen is bright and airy. Master bathroom has a huge walk-in closet, separate bath and shower, private toilet room and is spacious. Furniture in pictures is staging and NOT inlcuded. Minimum length of lease is 12 months. $2,000.00 refundable security deposit. Pet deposit (if you have pets) of $1,000, but $600 of it is refundable upon move-out. Non-refundable move-out fee of $400. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Landlord provides landscaping maintenance once per month. Tenant shall maintain landscape in between so as not to incur HOA fines.
