Washing Machine and dryer are located in the garage. A one year lease is required. Pets are considered with owner approval and will require pet insurance and a pet deposit equal to half of one month's rent. Landlord covers landscaping service. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water ($100 per month), cable/wifi, trash ($480 per year) and pest control. This house is located on a property with 2 other rentals on it.
