Kitchen is equipped with electric range/oven, refrigerator. Washer and dryer are also provided. Rent is $1,400; Deposit is $1,400. No smoking allowed inside; this includes marijuana (recreational or medicinal even with a card) Pets are negotiable (depending on size, age, and duration of ownership). If allowed, pet fee of a $50/mo per pet required. Fee is non-refundable. Tenant to pay for gas, electric and water and trash. Tenant to maintain yard. Applications are $40/adults(18 and over). Owner does not accept section 8 vouchers.
