About This Property

This self-contained, beautifully furnished unit is on one side of a 1930s house. A quiet children's book writer lives on the other side. Tenant has own entrance and patio. COVID-19 UPDATE: The current tenant is healthy and Merv 13 filters are replaced every month on the AC/Heating system. I am a strict follower of CDC guidelines for social distancing, temperature taking, and hand-washing. I will only rent to people committed to their own health and that of their community. No one other than the tenant, myself, or cleaning crew go into the unit. When the tenant moves out, 72 hours pass before cleaning crew arrives and then another 72 hours pass before new lease begins. If you are looking for a place to work during the day, message me and we can negotiate rent. This short term (3 mos or 6 mos or month to month) rental was designed for working professionals who need a refuge. Think of it as corporate housing with a comfortable touch. The one bedroom has full kitchen, washer/dryer, and elegant bedroom where you can curl up to sleep or watch TV. There are even device charges by the bed! All utilities are included. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Bixby Knolls is an established and charming neighborhood on the North end of Long Beach, close to the airport, multiple business headquarters, Whole Foods 365, and Trader Joe's. You can walk a block to the neighborhood park or take a stroll to Atlantic Avenue.
