With a view of the green belt around the lagoon and sand dunes, situated just one block off of the beach, this two story house offers: Two Large common areas. 3 Large Bedrooms: Master Bedroom Suite on main living level (2nd floor) with 1 king size bed (sleeps 2) and one double futon sleeper (sleeps 2); one other bedrooms on the lower 2nd floor level has 1 queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a twin bed (sleeps 1). Lower bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed (sleeps 2) and one floor pad and one blow up mattress to lay out in the lower level common area (sleeps 3). The open floor plan on the main living level (second floor) provides a common area for lounging while watching TV or using the fully stocked kitchen. Take in the view of the landscape around the lagoon while on the front balcony outside of the kitchen and dining area, which is used for outdoor seating and cooking on the propane BBQ. The master bedroom also on this floor. The lower level has an additional common area to watch TV, additional table seating and wet bar. Outside of the common area, two double doors open to an enclosed patio along side of the lagoon green belt. The garage is set up with an air hockey table for your entertainment and can accommodate one vehicle. Additional parking is available in the driveway and on the curbside.
