**AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 2024** This Ohio City home is being rented fully furnished as a short term rental with the possibility to extend beyond 6 months or as a shortened lease less than 6 months upon request. It is walking distance to the W. 25th Ohio City bars and restaurants as well as a quick 5 minute bike ride or Uber to Downtown and the Flats. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. The master bedroom has a half bath attached and large walk in closet. There is a third room on the first floor being used as an office that also a Peloton tread in the office. The backyard features a covered patio and fenced in yard. There are two indoor TVs (one on the main floor and one in the master bedroom), as well as an outdoor TV under the covered patio. The driveway can fit 3 midsize vehicles.
