About This Property
This Victorian house was built in the 1890's. We put a lot of work into making it a home. We updated this house while trying hard to keep the character of the Victorian century. On the second floor there are 2 large size bedrooms and 2 full baths. The layout is an open living room/dining room area with the kitchen off the side. Sliding glass doors go out to a deck. The deck is large enough for a table and chairs. Neighborhood is quiet. Good to study, meditate, relax. Perfect for a professional and/or a graduate student.
