About This Property

2000 square foot mother-in-law suite available! Large walkout lower level available for rent. The unit is very spacious and features 2 bedrooms, 1 full remodeled bathroom, and an additional laundry storage room. The kitchen is fully remodeled, with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful exotic granite. In addition to the bedrooms, you will have two large, spacious separate indoor living areas (pictured in carpet and hardwood below) as well as your own laundry room with a new washer and dryer installed. The suite also has a small weight set, yoga mats, infrared sauna and massage chair for a spa like feel. The backyard garden is very lush with plants and fruit trees all around. Your walkout entry/exit goes right into the backyard with a convenient stone patio. We keep the home quiet and clean and we're looking for 1-2 independent tenants who are mutually courteous and respectful of the home and surrounding peaceful neighborhood. In return, you will have your own undisturbed lower level of the home and shared access to the backyard garden. Open for up to 2 occupants. Lease length is 12 months and rent is $1795. All utilities (water, power, gas, internet) are a set rate of $100/month combined. Standard credit/background check required. Fully refundable deposit equal to 1 months rent. Cigarette smoke free.
