Period. - No smoking or vaping indoors. - Absolutely NO GLITTER or Confetti is allowed. If I find any littered on the premises, I will charge an additional cleaning fee of $40. - Multiple security cameras outside the front and back of the house. - The gym, pool, and dog park are a short walk away, located at 9400 Petrichor Blvd, Manor, TX 78653 Rental terms: - 6-12 Month Lease Contract - 30 days' notice for renewal - Refundable deposit - No subleasing or short term rentals allowed Pet Policy: - 400 non-refundable pet deposit (cats and dogs only, all sizes & breed accepted) - Max two pets total and hosting other pets is not allowed Average monthly utilities: (250-350 total, depends on usage) - Electric: 70 to 120 (varies) - Waste and Water: 40 to 70 (varies) - Internet (g-fiberr): 70 (fixed) - Trash and Recycling: 40 (fixed)
