The Mainhouse is secured from the Private Casita and only shares a laundry room with locking doors on both sides to prevent access to either side if being used separately as an option, thus making the laundry room community property between the two units. The Casita is over 500 sq feet with a granite table bar, kitchenette, huge (100 sq ft) walk in closet, a full size refrigerator, a full size bathroom, private front/rear entrances, dedicated central ac/heating separate from the Mainhouse and its own separate alarm system. Both units have digital door locks for entry. This unit is being offered furnished (as seen in the pictures), or unfurnished. If furnished, add $200 a month to the rent and $500 to the security deposit. Live for free!! If you rent it furnished, live in one of the units and rent the other to Airbnb/VRBO, you will easily generate $3k a month and live virtually rent free, with profit (if you do your own cleaning). I am willing but its not necessary, to sell the business attached DBA 'Pahrump Vacation Rentals', to include the furniture, customer base, current business reserved and websites. My business is 80% return customers since 2012. It isn't one! The patio faces 20 acres of desert. The home is on a .68 acre of land with no neighbors in front or the back, the majestic view of Mt. Charleston is captivating at sunset, many times in the summer the clouds get caught behind the mountains and you can sit on the back patio and watch the lightening show for hours, while in the winter you can see the beautiful white snow caps, with only a 15 minute drive up the mountain directly behind the house to access it. Parking can accommodate cars, trucks, trailers, etc. The driveway is on 2 sides, with electric gates on both sides. It can fit RV's and trailers on the side while several cars can fit in the front, it also offers 3 full RV hookups, locations are 2 up the stairs and through the gate with its own decking, and one under the carport in the driveway. We are one street from the main highway (160) and easy to find. The main 'drag' of Pahrump is less than 5 minutes away.

Pahrump sits just west of Las Vegas, about an hours’ drive around Red Rock Canyon.
