Great little house in a gated active adult (supper fun) community in the heart of everything that goes on. Fully furnished, well equipped kitchen & dining ware. Only 4 miles to the nearest spring training game. Sam’s Club and Costco within 3 miles. Great food and entertainment nearby, with golf out your back door. This house is a site built, it is not a park model. It is designed with a large parking lot that can have a class A RV on it if you have this need, but only a class A RV. If you don’t have an RV, then there’s plenty of parking. Everything you need, master bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, laundry, family room, and of course patio access. There is an upstairs that will be partially available. It includes a bedroom with a full bath and a craft room of sorts, additional pictures available. It’s a very comfortable house! Gas fireplace, ceiling fans. The television set is adjustable so it can be watched from the table or the reclining chairs, or of course the kitchen. The patio will include outside cooking options. These photos are taken during a time when we are living in the house. Please account for that as you enjoy looking at the pictures. This is a 55+ community that requires at least one of the residents to be a minimum of 55 years old. The second resident must be at least 40 years old. Maximum of two persons per address. Must abide by the covenants and restrictions of Happy Trails.

Surprise is a small suburban city roughly 45 minutes northwest of Phoenix. Sun City Grand Resort and numerous golf courses occupy much of the central part of the city, and White Tank Mountain Regional Park provides a great opportunity to explore the rugged Arizona landscape right outside the city limits. Surprise is also home to the spring training facilities for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers, and preseason games are highly popular with locals.
The local arts scene is quite active, with orchestra concerts, ballet recitals, and art installations contributing heavily to the local culture. With Phoenix and Luke Air Force Base located nearby, Surprise is a popular spot for both military and civilian commuters.
