Just finished updating with new quartz counters, sinks, paint, lighting etc. Unit is located inside complex (not facing street) on the second floor overlooking a huge grassy area and private pool. Very private and quiet. Unit has assigned carport, closest to secured building entrance. 687 square feet. All appliances included. Building has very inexpensive pay laundry facility that uses a phone app. Elevator. There's a second huge resort like pool and spa, tennis court, and cabana with work-out equipment on property. Cabana is rentable for small parties. Cat or very small dog may be possible but will be $150 additional per month. Includes water and garbage. Power is very reasonable approximately $35/month. Comcast is the cable/internet provider. Just 1.9 mile to the new Apple campus, easy to bike there on back streets. 1.6 mile to Kaiser. Walk to grocer and restaurants. Located near intersection of Lawrence Expressway and El Camino Real. Looking for a year lease, or lock in two years at current price, or discuss a shorter duration.
