Elegant Spanish style architecture, well groomed grounds, elegant lobby, and lots of amenities. 700 sq. ft. 1 bedroom 1 bath in first floor, with private patio overlooking green belt. You can grow vegetables or plant flowers. This apartment will stay naturally cool through the summer. Modern laundry room just 4 doors away (same building). BBQ areas, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, fitness room, ping pong, billiards, Cabana (party/conference building), beautiful tennis courts surrounded by Italian cypress trees, covered reserved parking spot, and plenty of visitor parking. Location is fantastic: 1720 Halford in the beautiful Las Brisas Community. 1 block from Lawrence/El Camino in the heart of Silicon Valley (boundary between Sunnyvale and Santa Clara). 5 minute walk to Lucky Supermarket, Starbucks, Banks, Indian Restaurants and shops. Minutes from "Korea Town". Minutes to hundreds of Silicon Valley companies. Examples: 1 mile to Kaiser Medical Center, 2 miles to Applied Materials, AMD or Fujitsu, 3 miles to Nvidia or Akamai, 4 miles to Apple or Intel, and just 1.5 miles to Lawrence Caltrain Station for train to San Francisco, or free shuttles to Silicon Valley companies. We pay the homeowners association fees ($600/month) which includes: hot and cold water, free garbage, sewer fees, free Comcast cable TV and very high speed (200Mbps!) internet. So you only pay for electricity. You might need to pay a refundable deposit for the cable TV/WiFi equipment. Requires good credit / income/proof of stable employment. 6 or 12 month lease. Deposit equal to 1 month rent. Currently there is an older carpet, and we can accept cats and smaller dogs. We plan to install a new flooring, after which we won't accept cats/dogs. So check with us about pets. Thank you !
