Separate heating and AC from main house (unit has its own mini split system, controlled by tenant for ensured comfort). Shared washer/dryer in laundry area. Quiet neighborhood. Livingroom has two large skilights that provide sunlight year round. Parking on street (or on driveway when owners are travelling). Front of home is a separate dwelling. No pets. Some storage space available in backyard shed. Deposit due at signing lease, first month required for receipt of keys.
