The unit has an updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The living room has a working wood burning fireplace and a balcony. The master bedroom has a second balcony with a walk-in closet and built-in shelving. The second bedroom also comes with generous closet space and built-in shelving. The in-unit laundry room has a new washer and dryer, storage space and a convenient hanging clothes line rack. The building also has WiFi which is included in the rent. The underground heated garage has one assigned parking space for the unit and an additional spacious storage locker. The unit building is located near easy access to the freeway (I-94) and public transportation with multiple bus stops nearby. Multiple restaurants, parks and shopping destinations are also within walking distance or a short drive. Rent is $1495/mo with a security deposit of $1495. Renter assumes all utilities. Only Cats are allowed with a max of two (additional non-refundable fee for pets is required) and there is No Smoking allowed in the unit, balconies, garage or inside any areas of the building.
