About This Property
I am looking for someone to take over his spot in the townhome. It is a 3br/2.5ba townhome with washer/dryer in unit, a two car garage, and a spare bedroom. You would have your own bedroom and your own bathroom, as well as a spot in the garage if you have a car. Rent is $965 per month, but with all utilities, it comes to around $1,100 per month. It is a little pricey, but compared to the other units available in the area, I think this is a steal. For reference, I am a 33M doing accounting for the State. I am open to any gender, but would prefer someone close to my age. If you are interested, shoot me an email with some details about yourself and then we can set up a time to show the apartment.
1719 N 3rd St is a townhome located in Dauphin County and the 17102 ZIP Code.
