Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer. Settled a few blocks back from the ocean, this duplex boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms. As you enter the ground level entry door, you will be invited into a foyer area. The laundry room is to your left and down the hallway is a full bathroom with tiled floor and a tiled walk-in shower. The bedroom on this floor has a Queen bed, television, and access to a small back patio. Up the staircase, you will find a bedroom with two twin beds, a television, and large closet. Down the hall, there is a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo, single vanity, and tiled floors. Flowing from the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen. Upgraded appliances assist with the preparation and cleanup of meals for the whole group! The large dining table seats eight and four barstools line the island to provide additional seating. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional bedding area if needed. The top level of the property has another guest bedroom with a Queen bed, television, and large closet. The tiled hall bathroom has a shower/ tub combo and single vanity. The spacious primary bedroom has a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom with large shower and double vanity. This room also features a private deck with a spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop deck with ocean views. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins ,1 Sleeper Sofa Parking: Parking for four vehicles in the driveway. Pets Policy: No pets allowed Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
