Off Lindsey and 12th Ave SE, you'll fall in love with the location as much as the gorgeous home. Conveniently located near the OU campus and an abundance of restaurants and shopping! This community also features a swimming pool that you'll be able to use all summer! This second floor condo has been recently updated and features a modern mix of plank floors with brick accents, newer paint, ceiling fans and large picture windows throughout! Kitchen has abundant counter and storage space, we especially love the rolling island, backsplash and stainless steel stove/range and dishwasher; refrigerator and microwave are included but will not be covered under appliance warranty. All three bedrooms are similar in size and have fantastic closet spaces. The main suite has an attached bathroom and the two other bedrooms share an oversized hall bathroom Water/sewer/trash is included for an additional flat rate monthly fee. Pets are welcome upon approval and completed pet screening through (breed restrictions apply). Additional pet deposit of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet is required.
