The main suite has an attached bathroom and the two other bedrooms share an oversized hall bathroom Water/sewer/trash is included for an additional flat rate monthly fee. Pets are welcome upon approval and completed pet screening through (breed restrictions apply). Additional pet deposit of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet is required.
