Washer/dryer in the unit and free wifi available. Walking distance to downtown, bus, grocery, restaurants and a park. Electricity, water/sewer and garbage not included. Separate and will vary depending upon the time of the year. On average about 137 a month additional. Heat pump allows for both heating and air conditioning when needed with lower bills. The listed deposit is last month and a security deposit of 1200 which is refundable at departure if everything is clean and in good condition. No pets allowed.
