Nice apartment, great location

First and foremost, the location of this apartment is the greatest feature. Located in Midtown, Sac, everything is walkable and if you do need to drive, you'll never spend more than 5-10 minutes to get anywhere. Located close to bars, restaurants, and great nightlife. The only downside to Midtown is that it is up and coming so sometimes it feels a little unsafe and desolate. With that being said, this is still the best neighborhood in Sacramento. The apartment itself is nicely updated with wood floors, updated bath, and kitchen (with some original charm). The biggest downside is that there is no dish washer. The apartment has VERY generous closets, individual room AC/Heat, and shared laundry (which is currently free of charge at the time of this review). Overall, the value of this 1 bedroom 1 bath is decent but in my opinion the price runs a little high for the area, especially with parking for only four of the six units.
