Cabin Description This very nicely decorated cabin is in Pinetop, Arizona on .22 acres of tall Ponderosa Pine at an elevation of 7075 feet. This cabin is a vacation rental. The cabin is available for short (One Day) or long term (one year) use. The sooner I know in advance for a guest wanting a long term lease, the better chance I can accommodate them. Ideally booking six months to a year in advance would be best. The cabin is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. All you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. All eating and cooking supplies are provided. Adair Springs Cabin is 672 square feet and has two bedrooms, one bath and can sleep up to five people. There is a wood-burning fireplace to relax with when taking a break from all the activities the White Mountains have to offer. The cabin has a propane gas grill with a front and side deck. The lot is completely fenced with tall pine trees. Trash pickup services every Tuesday. Amenities: Master Bedroom Queen Size Bed, Second Bedroom Bunk Beds with a trundle; New carpet in both bedrooms; ceiling fans throughout; wood blinds throughout; washer and dryer; full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils; Living Area: sofa, Wi-Fi, landline telephone with free long distance, two televisions with 100 cable channels, DVD player with 75 movies. Hon-Dah Casino with a restaurant is five miles away. Woodland Lake Park offers scenic walks, hiking trails, fishing, outdoor volleyball, playground, and picnic tables. The Snowflake Temple is a forty-five-minute drive away. Sunrise Ski Park is a forty-minute drive away. Shopping: Walmart Supercenter, Lowes, and Home Depot are nine miles away. Safeway is three miles away. Rates $105 per night Sunday-Thursday, $125 per night Friday-Saturday, $600 per week (7 days), or $1625 per month throughout the year.
